Refund & Returns Policy

At Tipsy Tips, we pride ourselves on offering  premium, high quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request then, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Please note: Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refund eligibility and timelines may differ depending on the product.

1. Who Can Claim a Refund

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Tipsy Tips.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, except when faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened adhesives cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Reporting Issues

  • Damaged or Faulty Products: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Missing or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours, including your order packing slip.
  • Change of Mind: Inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within the following 14 days.

3. Product-Specific Guidelines

  • Adhesives: Check on arrival and report faults within 48 hours.
  • Allergy Reactions: Report within 24 hours with a patch test, photos, and medical documentation.

4. Refund Procedure

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • Non-faulty returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.

5. Undeliverable Orders

  • Parcels returned as undeliverable will have a £3.99 handling fee deducted from the refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Support Before Refunds

  • If a product isn’t performing as expected, we may provide guidance before processing a refund.

8. Promotional & Bundle Items

  • When returning part of a discounted bundle, refunds will reflect the full (non-discounted) value of the items kept, and not the discounted price.

9. Your Legal Rights

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
